Shipping policy

Please allow up to 48 hours to process all orders
  • Lost mail happens and while we can't take responsibility for it, we will always do our best to make sure you're happy and find a resolution. 
  • Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order. Most packages are shipped via USPS, and a tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipment. Some packages may have to ship via UPS. 
  • Orders may not go through for silly errors that our website won't process - please reach out to us at hello@tabacandcompany.com if you experience any problems ordering
  • In the very rare case that an item breaks during transit, please keep the packaging as you opened it and contact us at hello@tabacandcompany.comAll damaged items must be reported along with photos within 2 days of package delivery.
